Why Our St. Petersburg Location Matters

Reel Coquina Fishing departs from O’Neill’s Marina in south St. Petersburg, giving anglers quick access to productive fishing grounds across Tampa Bay and the Gulf. Depending on your trip, we may fish near Fort De Soto, around Egmont Key, or run farther offshore toward deeper Gulf structure.

Our location also makes us a convenient choice for anglers staying in St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Clearwater, and nearby Gulf Coast areas. That means less time figuring out logistics and more time focused on fishing.

5 Star reviews across the board

I’m new to this fishing area. I hired Pablo to take me out in my boat and provide me some guidance for the area and tips on hunting down hogfish. He was a fantastic guide and captain. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We had a stellar day!! See you again soon.

Jeff A

The fishing itself was amazing and almost every spot Captain Pablo put us on was fantastic. However, what made the trip for me was the amount of work, knowledge, and enthusiasm Capt. Pablo provided through every second of the trip. It’s hard to find Captains that are willing to let people focus on learning the process and experimenting with different fishing styles, while still ensuring the entire boat catches fish. But Captain Pablo was able to do this with ease. It’s great knowing that a fantastic Captain like him is around and I’m looking forward to the next trip!

Chris G

Went out yesterday with Capt. Pablo on a jigging-only trip, and by incorporating a few of his recommendations, I landed my first African Pompano! He is a sharp, funny, and friendly guy, but also an extremely technical fisherman. Incredible day. Highly recommended 100%
